About the Company
Punir Gaurav is a project spread across 33 acres in the middle of the Raigarh district at Srivardhan. Amid an expansive land, giving a breath-taking sight surrounded by an abundance of greenery, the view will make you feel close to Mother Nature. Their motto is “Destination- Happiness’, and the facilities they offer are an absolute delight. The core objective of the plan was to generate leads from the work they would allot to us, and subsequently, their sales team would take charge.
Challenges
While planning this project in mind, the client felt the need for an unusual way of showcasing their vision to the world. Several attempts were made, but none were up to the mark. They used to create small videos, photos of the place, and PowerPoint presentations to illustrate their work, but nothing worked in their favour. By the time they realized that instead 107 of all the previous presentations, why not present it in 3D so that people could experience the view. They searched a lot of agencies for their needs, but none of them was under consideration. The magic of referrals and the power of word-of-mouth worked. The client approached us through a reference of a gentleman named Amey Katkar, owner of the Digital Marketing agency called 4P Solutions.
Solutions
We started with online meetings for taking briefs since the client is Dubai based. The team started understanding their purpose of creating a 3D walkthrough and rendering images. The extensive discussion on video calls and time scheduling was always challenging. Gautam Pradhan, MD of the company, shared his vision and mission. Ideas were exchanged between the client regularly through emails. It 108 was an experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed working on it. We suggested to him that we should make a 3D rendering walkthrough, rendering images and Drone shoot since the project has a picturesque location, close to a beach, surrounded by mountains.

A Drone shoot was conducted to illustrate the project’s vast scale.
Also, the first cut of the project was shown to the client in twenty-five days. It usually takes more than six months for a project to complete. Still, we completed the entire project in four months, including all the necessary changes. This execution is probably a record to have achieved in such a short duration. We made the unthinkable a reality. The client was delighted and was very impressed with our services and professionalism.
The relationship with this client grew gradually. Then we were allotted two more projects and another one is under making too.
