About the Company

Sri Group has been in the business of providing quality real estate since 1974. It has built over ten million square feet to hold ten thousand apartments. The group’s repertoire is driven by a simple philosophy that has enabled them to develop properties ranging from residential and commercial estates to townships, entertainment facilities, hotels and health centres. A professional management team has ensured that owning an apartment at Oakwood is a delightful proposition.

Challenges

I know Mr Dhaval Kamdar, Director of Sri Group, because of BNI (the global networking organisation). We both are members of BNI from different chapters. When we came on board, Dhaval was clear about what he needed for his project as far as 3D rendering work was concerned. Still, he was entering the Mumbai Northwest (Nalasopara) market for the first time, so he was unsure about customers’ reaction to the Oakwood property. It was a tricky situation to be in. He briefly told my team that 3D renderings’ quality must be awe-inspiring. “I want to use 3D renderings as the biggest tool for marketing”. After hearing this, we knew we were heading towards another challenging project in hand and will have to perform really well to meet the client’s expectations. His project elevations weren’t finalised, which was the biggest challenge in showing the client various elevation options. He just had primary elevations done by his Architect.

Solutions

I suggested to Dhaval that since this location has a few critical benefits, let’s capture this location’s advantages through a Drone shoot. I insisted we fly the drone nearby and in and 119 around the project. He agreed to it immediately. I suggested to him India’s leading Drone shoot team. With the help of my project manager, we directed the drone team to get relevant shots which were essential for the project. We used these drone shots in our 3D walkthrough in a realistic manner along with the upcoming metro services. My team told him to share the elevation references, which helped them get it right per his requirements.

The client, with multiple rounds of corrections and modifications in elevations, finally got what he needed and was extremely happy and satisfied, which he was expecting from my team and me. We delivered him the walkthrough, rendering still images. This was just the beginning. After seeing our work and experiencing our services, he decided to offload more work to Weaverbird’s kitty. He offered us to make 3D virtual tours and real-time walkable walkthroughs with the help of Virtual gear. A few weeks later, these were also delivered successfully. The same client keeps referring us to his Builder friends, and we are also his first choice for new projects soon. 120 Good work attracts more work. The reward for good work is more work – nothing to complain about.
